Mission: Men PACT aims to equip community members of all ages with the support, resources, mentorship, and community they need to prevent intimate partner violence.

Vision: A strong foundation for individuals who want to forge a safer future for all — by understanding their role in preventing intimate partner violence, cultivating healthy relationships, building positive identities in manhood, and providing mentorship.

OUR PURPOSE

Structure of Men PACT

Within the Task Force you choose how you want to participate and in what capacity. All direction flows from the Core Group, which is open to all members.

Core Group

Purpose: A space for community members to "steer the ship," connect, and discuss needs.

Goals: Foster a collaborative space for all seeking to positively impact men and prevent IPV.

Time: 60 minute monthly meeting.

Training & Facilitation

Purpose: Support individuals implementing the A Call to Men curriculum; facilitate community training.

Goals: Grow knowledge about IPV; foster a brave space that empowers people reaching into their community.

Time: ~30 min/week + monthly meeting.

Outreach

Purpose: Raise awareness of IPV prevention through social media and public events.

Goals: Increase awareness of prevention, statistics, and the effects of gender-based violence.

Time: ~20 min/week + monthly meeting.

Inter-State Coalitions

Purpose: Build working relationships with other states in the CDC's DELTA AHEAD program.

Goals: Maintain spaces for collaboration, share best practices, and spark new partnerships.

Time: ~10 min/week + monthly meeting.

Attend

Come to a networking fair, workshop, or public event. No commitment required.

Opportunities for Involvement

However much time you have, there's a way to take part — each level goes a little deeper than the last.

Join an Action Group

Help steer the task force in a one-hour monthly meeting, open to all members.

Join the Core Group

Put your skills to work in Training & Facilitation, Outreach, or Inter-State Coalitions.
